Holding the Baby 1947
This wonderful image has never been entirely complete.
Taken with a box camera, and processed at the local
chemist, it's spoiled by fogged edges, and scratches on
the negative, and print. Unfortunately the composition
has been spoiled by the image being cropped too close to the foot of the picture, this needs to be corrected so that the finished image becomes a perfect composition. The fogged areas were completely recreated with authentic detail, and the missing image area created to exactly match the original photograph, before the whole picture was restored and enhanced. For the first time the photograph is complete, and a superbly composed picture.
