Easy steps for the perfect image
Simply attach a scan of your photograph to an email, or use the file
upload form, and send it to info@restoringyourpast.co.uk.
The scan does not need to be straight, colour corrected or adjusted
in any way, I will do all of that for you as part of the service.
If you don't own a scanner, most local digital photo labs will scan your
picture for you and transfer it to CD, alternatively you can send your
photograph to me to scan, just get in contact, and I will send you a PDF
containing an address label. Your photograph must be sent by recorded delivery (to avoid loss), and will be returned the same way, with the return postage and packing (card backed envelope) added to your final invoice. If you need any help with scanning your image, or sending it, then just get in touch by email or phone, and I will give you any advice and support that you need.
Sending your image to Restoring your Past
Once your file is received a quote will be emailed back or you can be contacted by phone if you wish. Every job is priced individually according to how much work is involved. If you decide to go ahead with any work on your image, there is no deposit to pay, I will only send a paypal invoice once you have approved the final work, and you are totally 100% happy with it.
Receive a quote, advice, and any support you need
Once the restoration or enhancement work is complete, I will send a
watermarked copy of the image. If there are any changes to the picture
in content or colour these are made at no extra charge, and further
changes can be made until everything is exactly as you want it.
My service is based on complete customer satisfaction, I can advise you
on the best course for your image, but my job remains to produce the
picture that you want.

Pay securely by paypal, for your completed files
As soon as you have approved the watermarked proof, a paypal invoice will be sent to your email address, when payment has been completed I will send the print prepared files with the watermark removed. After payment, you may find that you require a different size, resolution or file type for your chosen
digital photo lab, you only need to get in touch,
and I will make any changes for you completely
free of further charge.
